Itinerary / Highlights
Day 01- Arrival at Kathmandu Airport.There you will be met by our Airport Representative and transferred to hotel by private tourist vehicle. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02- Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley.
Your sightseeing trip will start at 9 AM in the morning after breakfast. We will provide a private vehicle and professional tour guide. We visit Pasupatinath temple, Buddhanath, Monkey temple, Bhaktpur durbar square and Kathmandu durbar square. The group will be broken up into teams and provided instructions and a map to find their way across Kathmandu City to the famous Monkey Temple. Upon arriving at the temple teams will need to fill in an information sheet of items, structures and history information from around and within the temple. The evening includes a final briefing and preparations for the trek. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 & Drive to Fishling for River rafting then onto Pokhara (900meters).
Trekking staff will arrive at your Hotel at 6.30am in the morning to pick you up, departing from the hotel around 7.30 am. We head off on a 3 hours bus ride to Fishling along the way we include a few ice breakers for the group to get to know each other a little better. Fishling is the perfect drop in point to being our day with a little team building fun of white water rafting along the Trishuli River with impressive gorges, exciting rapids and much more. Late afternoon we continue our 3 hour bus trip to Pokhara with some brain teasers encouraging a little more group interaction along with a sheet for each team to learn a verse from a Nepalese song which needs to be sung in full on the last night in Trekking. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 - Drive to Nayapul (1010meters) and trek to Tikhedunga (1570meters) 3 hours.
Along the trail today you will need to answer questions the whole group will need to interact as they will be questions on your orienteering experience to the Monkey temple as well as observing and noting certain places and sites that we see along the trek throughout the day. In the evening another Ice Breaker Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About One Another answer 10 simple questions. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 05 - Trek to Ghorepani (2840meters) 5 hours.
Teams are faced with a locked safe containing highly wanted items. The safe is guarded by the keeper who is the only person to know the code. Teams will need to solve various riddles and complete challenges in order to retain the answer and unlock the safe. Tonight after dinner we will play Ghost in the Graveyard a game that involves hiding, seeking, and chasing, a good activity for night-time group fun. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 06 - Hike up to Poon Hill (3210meters) and trek to Tatopani (1190meters). 6 hours.
Today, is treasure Hunt day, you embark on a journey in search of hidden treasures and scavenger items, teams must work together to unlock clues, deciphering cryptic messages while overcoming a variety of challengers. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 07 & Full day at Tatopani
Today is action packed full of activities. Multi way tug of war, fun, physically demanding, competitive team activity. Several teams pull against each other, requiring communication and tactics as well as strength to outmanoeuvre and win. Mine Field, objects are scattered in an outdoor place. In pairs, one person verbally guides his/her partner, a blindfolded person, through the minefield, team building activity involving leadership and lots of trust as people navigate each other around obstacles. Another classic activity we challenged the group to physically support one another in an endeavour to occupy an ever diminishing space. Capture the Flag is a popular team-based action game that is guaranteed to get everyone communicating. In the afternoon you have some time to relax and enjoy the best hot springs in Nepal with a Survival Scenario to work through: Your plane crashed...your group needs to choose the 12 most useful items to survive...". Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 08 - Trek to Galeshor (1000 meters.) 4 hours.
As it's a short days walking Voices are lost and your team reorder their positions with non verbal communication to next town of Galeshor. On arrival you will have a chance to we will have more group activities to do complete. SEARCH AND RESCUE & Leadership development. Direct blinded team to retrieve or rescue essential supplies. Leaders, rotated ensuring all survivors experience the crucial role of leading their team to success. Toxic Waste is a popular, engaging small group activity. Equipped with a bungee cord and rope, a group must work out how to transport a bucket of "Toxic Waste" and tip it into the neutralization bucket. Overnight at guesthouse.
Day 09 - Trek to Beni with private bus to Pokhara.
The group today will be broken up into teams and provided instructions and a map to find their way across Pokhara City to the famous Fewa Lake, Bagnes Lake, Devi's water fall, Tibetan refugee settlement, Gupteshower cave and Museum. Upon arriving at each place, teams will need to take photos and fill in an information sheet of items, structures and history information from around and within each site. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10- Drive back to Kathmandu (1345meters).
Leisure Day in Kathmandu. Overnight back at the hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 11- Transfer to international airport for your final departure.
The trip ends, our Airport Representative will drop you to the Kathmandu International Airport for your flight departure from Nepal.
