Our world-renowned ââ?¬Å?Glacier Explorerââ?¬Â? half-day option takes you to VatnajÃ?¶kull Glacierââ?¬â?¢s best-kept secret; the FjallsjÃ?¶kull glacier and the magnificent glacier lagoon it crashes into. We will meet at 9:45 a.m. at the Glacier Guide-FjallsjÃ?¶kull sign on the Ring Road.
After a walk along the magnificent shores of this seldom visited lagoon, we will arrive at the Fjallsj¶kull glacier where we gear up on crampons. With your guide leading the way you will soon be exploring the dramatic terrain, walking through a wonderland of towering pinnacles and brilliantly blue ice.
