Am I fit for the Everest Base Camp Trek?
Everest Base Camp trek considered as strenuous trekking route in Nepal, but that does not mean that you require any previous trekking or mountaineering experience. As you are trekking to the Everest Base Camp not Mount Everest; you do not require having any technical experience, only that you be in good physical conditioning and be able to walk for four to six hours over hilly terrain with a light bag pack and a healthy lung.

Day 3: Short flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2804 meters)?approximately three hours
Day 4 -5: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3441 meters)-Approximately 6 hrs -Acclimatization
Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3860 meters) - Approximately five hours
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4350 meters) - Approx. 5 hrs
Day 8: Lobuche (4910 meters) - Approx. 5 hrs.
Day 9: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5365 meters) - back to Gorak Shep (5180 meters).
Day 10: Hike up to Kalapattar (5555 meters) then trek to Periche (4120 meters) - Approx. 7 hours
Day 11: Trek from Pheriche To Tyangboche (3867 meters)
Day 12: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3441 meters) - 6 hours approximate
Day 13: Namche to Lukla (3404) – Approx. 6 hrs
Day 14: Fly back to Kathmandu - Shopping/ Leisure
Day 15: Leisure day
Day 16: Departure to Destination Country
