Oceans Cottage

Oceans11 is a charming fisherman's cottage close to the stunning beaches of the Gower peninsula and within walking distance of all the amenities of the seaside village of Mumbles. A tastefully refurbished retreat for couples or families, Oceans11 offers self-catering accommodation which sleeps 4 with sea views over Swansea bay.

Living space
An inviting open plan living room with oak style flooring, small log burning stove. There is a large 3 seater leather sofa with floor cushions and raftian coffee table.
There is a flat screen TV with freeview + DVD. Cushions, rugs, lamps, ornaments, limited edition prints and childrens games.

Double bedroom
A Delightful bedroom with picture window overlooking the sea.
Watch the boats go by from the double bed, dressed with high quality linen, pillows and duvet. Clothes storage and shelves with wooden hangers and a chest of drawers. . Painted floorboards, chair, large wool rug and binoculars!

Twin bedroom
Attractively furnished twin bedroom with two 2'6"wide single beds .
Quality mattresses, bed-linen, pillows and duvets, Mirrored dressing table and drawers,carpeted floors

Bathroom
Newly fitted wet room with over shower. Basin with light and shaver point over, WC and glass storage shelve. A plentiful supply of hot water and a heated towel rail.
Towels are supplied for each visitor.

Kitchen
Well equipped with wall and base units,4 ring Gas stove and oven. Plentiful supply of good quality kitchen equipment, glassware, cutlery, fridge and microwave.The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 4 stools for dining
The washing machine is in the tiny outhouse next to the generous decking area

Garden
The rear deck is accessed through french doors from the kitchen and is east facing, a place for chilling out or storing your water sport equipment. The rear deck can be accessed by a secure side entrance door. The Japanese Hot tub garden is set into the wooded hillside directly below the cliff face. Accessed up steps from the deck it offers a secluded private place to unwind in the 5ft wide cedar wood hotub surrounded by mature and newly planted shrubs. (children must be accompanied by an adult)
At the front of the cottage There is a large paved area with sea views and potted plants, a charcoal barbecue is supplied and there is also mains garden lighting at the rear.
