How does it work? |

To be listed on our site you need to agree to pay commission on bookings plus a small annual admin fee.
Bookings are tracked by monitoring enquiries sent to suppliers and asking suppliers to cross reference these enquiries with their bookings on a monthly basis. We provide a variety of tools to make this easy for you and we are flexible in how we monitor this as we appreciate that each company is different.
We also ask the customer to notify us of bookings they make as a result of .our site and give them incentives to do so. In this way we can track bookings from both the customer and the supplier.
It is in the suppliers interest to let us know of bookings as the better they do on the site in terms of conversion rates and commission per click the more prominently we promote them on the site. |

What does it cost? |

We charge commission on bookings plus an annual admin fee to appear on the site. The admin fee is dependent on company size:

As a business we are here to make money so would like you to pay as much commission as possible, however we understand that all companies are different so we are happy for you to choose the commission amount that is right for your company. The commission amount agreed effects the admin fee to be paid in the following ways: |

5-9.9% +VAT you pay the full admin fee |

10-14.9% +VAT you pay 3/4 of the admin fee |

15-19.9% +VAT you pay 1/2 of the admin fee |

20% +VAT you pay 1/4 of the admin fee |

Why charge an admin fee? |

The reason we charge an admin fee is two fold: |

The admin fee helps to cover the cost of setting up and maintaining your listings on our site. A lot of work is carried out behind the scenes by our admin team even if you add the products yourself and these man hours need to be covered. This is why the admin fee is linked to company size. |

The payment of an admin fee demonstrates a commitment by the supplier to this partnership. Without it the supplier has nothing to lose but we want all suppliers to be as committed to making the partnership profitable as we are. |
